  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

🚚 How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  2. Receive a Return Label: We’ll provide you with a return shipping label (return shipping fees may apply).
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping center.
  4. Refund/Exchange Processing:
    • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    • Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we receive the original item and confirm its condition.

💸 Return Shipping Fees

  • For Defective/Damaged Items: We cover the return shipping costs.
  • For Other Reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size): Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

📝 Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
